He didn't decriminalize escorts; as far as I know, Bill C-36 The Protection of Communities and Exploited Persons Act, which was enacted under the previous Harper Conservative Government is still the law of the land. It just isn't really enforced to the extent we originally thought it would when it was passed back in 2014.
He had nine years to get rid of that bad legislation; he didn't do it because it wasn't a priority and clashes with his public persona as a so-called "feminist".
Ever notice that whenever a Cabinet minister in his Government resigns, is forced out, or is demoted because they don't tow the line, the Cabinet minister usually is female?
