The Rolling Stones never invited The Who back after this performance. No question that these guys need to be included on the list of the top Rock N Roll bands, ever.

As far as I'm concerned this thread has evolved to include all forms of mostly white rock, pop, and even some country.

I don't think we have to start a whole new thread, or limit this one to strictly rock-n-roll, because of a few purists...

of course Donna Summer and Hall & Oates are not R&R artists......i dont pretend they are....for me i was responding to XMontrealeer.s posts..............nobody is gonna run through 200 plus pages to say..ah ha .this song aint R&R....but at the time of posting it could of been.............its a fun topic...let whoever post what they want and dont get hung up on labels

Donna Summer? Hall and Oates Maneater?

Hey, I don't bitch when somebody posts B-cup tits in the "massive tits" photo thread. I just move on to the next post and hope it's one I like.

It's just a roll of the scroll wheel on my mouse. No biggie at all, and I certainly don't take the time or effort to write a post complaining about it...

There are lots of post of artists in the rock-n-roll thread who aren't my taste in rock, especially progressive rock, which to me does not fit my purist definition of rock-n-roll. It doesn't bother me a bit.
