Nah im not buying into this. So far only 3 attendants all from Pickering angels Emma Nyah and Valentina. The talent is stale old heffers in durham right now. Pickering angels owner/manager Renata is a greedy ole polish fowl who owns all spa rights in durham making it impossible for anyone else to open a spa out there. Highly doubt west end girls will be interested in relocating to low mileage spas when the Toronto scene of fs spas are way more lucrative.
Doesn’t really make sense to open another place so close to PA, unless she’s planning on closing PA once the lease comes due. Clements is a more private location so who knows.
I emailed them to see what info I could get because they didn't respond to my message on here where I gave them some feedback about the lack of info on their site so close to opening. They instead commented on my profile asking me if I was going to come by today? Idk.

City of Pickering rules are very restrictive as to what area they are allowed to be in. South of 401, east of Liverpool, maybe even smaller. Also a limited number.
Even smaller, as you say. South of 401 and east of the Hydro corridor. And there's a maximum of three licensed body-rub parlors.
I believe the city of pickering licenses only allows girls to only work one location at a time in pickering hence why you see emma Valentina etc only on 1 schedule. Will be interested to see if those names on schedule are new girls or pa girls rebranded

So I decided to stop in the other night out of curiosity to see what they had done with the place compared to its previous occupants. I was actually quite shocked to see how nice it was. Very modern beautiful two story facility. I get it that it’s more about the service but I was very impressed with what they had done with the design of the facilities. There’s no jacuzzi but I never use that so made no difference to me. Anyways the little head was in charge and decided to see who was available. Turned out to be Roxy and Cherie. Neither were really my type but took the plunge with Roxy who was a little curvier than who I normally go with. Massage was firm and hit all the knots. Playtime was fun with some fairly clear limits. Could be a first session or ymmv thing but still enjoyed it. I think there is room for negotiation. She was apparently at PA a few years back and has been lured back from Toronto. Might repeat but may try some of the other new ladies first. Ladies from PA who moved over so far are NCOT.

Yep. Same pricing but if you didn't like the service at PA not sure the decor will change your mind. ;-) . I guess it depends on the service level with the new ladies.
