I think it’s fair and should be included in the bid which is what I’ve been doing. It would think this will have a material impact on which bid you choose and offers transparency.
We will definitely report this for the SWPDF, it’s good to know how beneficial the auction was!
I agree it will factor in my and others decisions if that piques your curiosity. It could also be of zero interest to others. But this exercise makes the pursuit of pleasure a tad different and I’m hopeful in addition to lots of pleasure for all participants it is bountiful for SWPDF among others.
