I agree he isn’t going out to stop it but there is major riots in one of your largest cities and your dancing around at Taylor swift
I guess it’s because it was a Taylor swift comcert that bothered cause she is garbage lol
I think social media has turned opposition politicians and their supporters into constant whiners, even when it makes no sense. There is plenty of valid criticism that can be put out there, but this is stupid.

Canada is lost': Trudeau dances night away at Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in Toronto while violent riots rock Montreal
And......what should Trudeau have done? Is he the mayor of Montreal or the Premier of Quebec? This is the sort of shit that makes me defend that fuck wit. It is just partisan bullshit. The PM has no control over local police matters, and to insinuate that he could have/should have done something is just utter idiocy. I don't give a fuck if he had the night off and was enjoying a concert. Like, seriously, would you say the same thing if it was Harper? I'd bet you wouldn't.

Look, I don't like Trudeau. I want him out as PM. There is a TON of legit criticism that can be thrown at him. This is not that.

He's big into virtue signalling..The signal here is to leave the concert when being informed on whats taking place in your nations second biggest city. Not dancing and collecting friendship bracelets.

Here's him doing what he does best...Embarrassing himself.

Apparently the riot only lasted 2 hours and the cops suppressed it without assistance. Why should he leave a bonding event he planned with his daughter?

Policing is a provincial and municipal level responsibility. Not federal.

The PeePee Man is the LieLie Man.

ICYMI

Pierre Poilievre spent two years criticizing Justin Trudeau for having LOW IMMIGRATION RATES (2021 - 2023) The video and dates don't lie

TBH the provincial and local municipal authorities are the ones who should have taken the proper action to prevent this and to disperse the idiots.

Look, I get it. Anything Trudeau does is bad and an embarrassment. But, pretending that any PM in a similar situation would have done anything different is a pretty bold statement. What was he supposed to do, fly to Montreal and end the unrest by waving his hands or smiling? Please. He was having fun with his family. Which he is allowed to do. Separate your hatred of the man and your obvious partisanship, and just calm the fuck down and let him live. And, for all we know, he might not have been notified that anything happened while he was at the concert....because Canada has a separation of jurisdictions. He is not the premier of Quebec or the mayor of Montreal.

Why? As much as you want to inflate this as some major crisis, it wasn't. It was violent and stupid, but the entire city of Montreal was not in flames. And, as much as PP and the conservatives want to blame this all on Trudeau, that is nether true nor fair.
This is why Mr. Trudeau and his party are at least 21 points down in most polls....

How many 53 year old men do you know that would act like that at a Taylor Swift show? Or even attend a Taylor Swift show (unless they're chaperoning a young daughter/niece). This man is not serious he acts like an immature trust fund kid. Its an embarrassment.

There are lots of things you can criticize Trudeau for but its a bit much attacking him for taking his kid to a concert and having fun.
Do you think he should have gone and intentionally been miserable/serious?

Let politicians have family lives, that's not part of the job.

Seems to me that there's a coordinated campaign to blame Trudeau for something that isn't in his area of responsibility, just like there was a coordinated campaign to convince anti-Israel protesters that NATO is the problem.

The City of Montreal and the province were the ones responsible for security and the ignorant rioters were just duped by the Russians.
