They can't buy the copies possessed by the FBI. I think sleazy news outlets like The Daily Mail and The New York Post will name names after the video evidence is presented in court.

From Phil C McNasty's link in post #415:

“These are consistent with the videos we have,” a federal law enforcement source who is involved in the investigation said after hearing descriptions of the scenes in the videos that The Post viewed.

It's rare that an FBI insider would confirm something printed by The New York Post.

It's really difficult to suppress digital video when multiple people already have copies, and any one of them can generate and distribute an unlimited number of identical copies.
But there's a catch 22, if the person on the video is underage it automatically becomes child porn.
So whomever is holding that tape could be in big trouble if they sell it, or even possess it

Distribution of copies to the general public for the purpose of generating revenue could cause big trouble for someone in possession of the material. Private distribution to individuals with no direct nor indirect connection to Diddy would be very difficult, if not impossible to trace.

I possess a lot of digital video. None of it is illegal to own. Some of it cannot be overtly shared with the general public, because copyright holders would have it removed from an upload location. I could, however, misname the material with titles that would not appeal to anyone who was curious, and I might store the material in a location which isn't connected to the Internet. No one would find it unless they knew what to look for, and where. The point of this is that the powerful people who appear in the videos cannot possibly make every copy disappear to save their reputations. Even if they could find and delete all copies in private hands, they have no chance of suppressing the copies possessed by the FBI and other Federal authorities. You can't use money to bribe the people who print money.

Charged with RICO crimes, you don't have many options. Puffy will die in jail.

Hollywood takes its time but it always takes out the garbage.

Not sure if this guy's legit, but this is what he's claiming.

He says he has 8 different videos of 8 different celebrities. 6 are men and 2 are women. 2 of 6 males were underage. He claims all were intoxicated or inebriated. All appear to be victims (I assume he means they were drugged).

TMZ Presents: The Downfall of Diddy The Indictment

Diddy faces shocking new charges and a high-profile indictment. TMZ digs into the federal case against the notorious bad boy.
Audio Languages: English

Part 3 just came out. I posted about earlier in the thread. It is a good docu-series so far. It haven’t watch part 3 yet but probably will later today or tomorrow.

First one was about the start of the lawsuits and stuff. And the raid. The second is the indictment and the third is about the freak offs themselves so that should be interesting. Since Tubi is free, I suggest everyone watch simply for the entertainment value if nothing else.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has tried to reach out to prospective witnesses and influence public opinion from jail in a bid to affect potential jurors for his upcoming sex trafficking trial, prosecutors claimed in a court filing urging a judge to reject his latest bail request.

The government accusations were made in a Manhattan federal court filing late Friday that opposes the music mogul’s latest $50 million bail proposal. A bail hearing is scheduled for next week.

Prosecutors wrote that a review of recorded jail calls made by Combs shows he has asked family members to reach out to potential victims and witnesses and has urged them to create “narratives” to influence the jury pool. They say he also has encouraged marketing strategies to sway public opinion.

“The defendant has shown repeatedly — even while in custody — that he will flagrantly and repeatedly flout rules in order to improperly impact the outcome of his case. The defendant has shown, in other words, that he cannot be trusted to abide by rules or conditions,” prosecutors wrote in a submission that contained redactions.
Prosecutors wrote that it could be inferred from his behavior that Combs wants to blackmail victims and witnesses into silence or into providing testimony helpful to his defense.

Lawyers for Combs did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
Prosecutors said Combs, 55, began breaking rules almost as soon as he was detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after his September arrest.

He has pleaded not guilty to charges that he coerced and abused women for years with the aid of a network of associates and employees, while silencing victims through blackmail and violence, including kidnapping, arson and physical beatings.

Two judges have concluded he is a danger to the community and a risk to flee.

His lawyers recently made a third request for bail after the rejection of two previous attempts, including a $50 million bail proposal.
In the request, they cited changed circumstances, including new evidence, which they said made it sensible to release Combs so he can better prepare for his May 5 trial

Sigh. This guy is his own worst enemy. The latest allegations by the prosecutor is that Diddiot has been buying phone time from other inmates in an attempt to contact potential witnesses and persuade them not to testify. I don't think he is ever getting out at this point...
Shaun Kent sums it all up perfectly.
Its safe to say that Diddy is not the brightest bulb in the room

What's a "cavalclaid"? something like a cavalcade?
Summed up, Diddy is in Deep DooDoo.
Seems like my go to extradition retreat, Ireland, rolled over in 1984. Choices were limited for him to make a run for it.

This list looks more promising. Switzerland sounds good to me.

2 more lawsuits filed from 2 men who were underage at the time of the alleged sexual assaults.
Both described being hopeful that Mr Combs could help jumpstart their careers in the entertainment industry

Now Kanye is getting sued for SA

..
I’m not saying he is guilty at all but I could see him doing this in what he feels is “art”. It just seems on brand for him. Not the sexual assault part because we don’t know but he is known for pushing the boundaries of what he feels art is. If that makes sense.

The article also mentions this:

" An alleges that, upon leaving the set, she made eye contact with Ebanks, 41, but the former Victoria’s Secret Model “abruptly turned her head away.”" along with mention of Lauren Piscotta suing Kanye for allegations. Whether the eye contact thing is real or not she'll have to get it backed up with good solid evidence.

" West’s lawyers previously slammed Pisciotta’s allegations as “baseless,” alleging to Page Six in June that the model pursued their client “sexually to coerce employment and other material benefits.”

The problem is some people allege stuff to make the person look bad and to gain off them financially. The contract probably states a few things in relation to "art". She also was trying to blackmail him and wanting $60M than what he was paying her for a salary which is already a good amount ($1 mill). And wanting more things like a Lambo and designer stuff. It's like hearing about Elon Musk's assistant or anyone's for that matter wanting way more money when their salary is a lot better than the average person struggling these days. These people should take their salary and work hard and start their own business to gain more. It's not easy and I'm not a fan of people wanting to make an easy buck by lying especially when the evidence isn't there. A lot of these people careers are also done quick and quite a few blow their money on crap then cry wolf when broke. I tend not to have sympathy for people making over 6 figures or more a year and having barely anything to show for it. Pay someone to learn basic financial education. Plus Kanye has a huge entourage and pays them well, typically these people tend to be pretty loyal...just saying.

Yup, could be a money grab.
If she's the only accuser and no other women have come forward, I'm gonna have to side with Kanye for now until more evidence comes out.
He is also an easy target for scammers because comes across as a bit of a loose cannon
