Really sad that you’re continuing to post BS videos after OP was caught lying to push a racist narrative. Tired of this BS having made its way up north in Canada. As a kid growing up racism was always there but Trump and the Conservatives pandering to the far right has really made these racists feel like they can take their mask off and express their disgusting views. Canada is an accepting and welcoming country. It’s sad that these people choose not to display Canadian values.

Was curious if Mississauga was the same thing? Mostly Indian? Someone told me they went to SQ1 once and it was mostly South Asian.

How does Mississauga differ from Brampton if at all?

Nowhere nearly as bad as today though. I would go to Brampton regularly from 94 and onward, it wasn't perfect, but it wasn't a dumpster fire either with people clashing with 2x4's and literally SWORDS. What are you talking about?

It's creeping south for sure, the transition area is just south of Square One and going further south.
Dundas/Hurontario still has a strong mix of Euro/Black and Asians, but not as much as it once did 15+ years ago.

Anyone know What % of GTA is South Asian? Stats say ~20% but doesn't feel true. Ppl mention Peel but even other areas like Scarborough, North York etc feel quiet South Asian.

Feels closer to 40% overall vs 20%. What do you guys think?

My guess would 25-35% based on today's population factoring in all the students. Ever since I left the GTA years ago I rarely drive through Sauga or Brampton, but it's more since the past 10 years alone.

Even excluding Sauga or Brampton it feels at least 33% downtown and even more Scarborough. So after adding Sauga or Brampton I figured it would be more than 40% easily. Especially since it feels 25%-30% in small towns. I passed by Cornwall Ontario in 2020 for some work and that's how it felt there. Which is tiny and close to Quebec...and that's back in 2020
