there are over 10 million illegal immigrants

not that many serial killers
Yeah but enemies of the state are not in the millions usually.
The majority of these so called enemies are upstanding citizens.
So I say, make them friends of the state, considering their long presence here and given them a path to legal status.
Just deport the violent ones and the more recent arrivals.

That's been suggested. But Republicans get more votes by scare-mongering about brown people and how they need to be purged out of America.

Only if there are millions of illegal migrants that shouldn't be in the country. That's solving bad immigration policies fast. Also economical.
How exactly are they going to do this?

Are you going to deploy the entire 82nd Airborne at a mall in San Antonio to grab each Hispanic passer-by's wallet and check if he has US ID?

How about the entire 1st Armored Division with its 1,000+ Abrams tanks surrounding a Taco Bell in Riverside, CA and preventing brown people leaving until they prove they have a green card.

"Economical"???!!!...........

Again, my suggestion that they re assign 30% of FBI agents to immigration enforcement and thereby let mass shooters and serial killers and organized drug and gun cartels have free rein is the most sensible one.

Here's what he should do. Deputize every CIA and FBI agent as an ICE agent and let the Mexican cartels and Iranian and Chinese saboteurs and spies do whatever the fuck they want, while the entire CIA and FBI is deployed to chase down Tio Pedro who overstayed his visa in 2017. Makes sense to me.
You mean the tens of millions of Tio Pedros who overstayed their visas.

That's called an invasion.

Is it realistic or likely to happen? No.

Should it happen? Absolutely.

For every Tio Pedro who overstayed his visa there's someone that's been waiting in line for years at the chance for legal immigration.

Leave the logistics up to those with expertise on it.

Remember how you thought that Twitter would fail if they laid off 70% of their staff overnight?

An outsider would easily reach that seemingly logical conclusion, under the belief that 70% of a workforce must be indispensable to any company.

But to insiders of big tech, it came as no surprise that the ship sailed on without issue.

There are entire cottage industries within large corporations that provide virtually nothing while leeching off the surplus success of said corporations.

I agree. The integrity of the system is at stake. Although I also support amnesty for long-term, self-supporting, law-abiding illegals, like we have in Canada.

But there are priorities that make sense - like solving serious crime or combating foreign espionage - and priorities that are dumb, like chasing millions of Tio Pedros.

Here's a suggestion: Let Trumbo-dumbo recruit an extra 10% ICE agents and see if deportations increase. If it works, let him recruit another extra 10%.

Right.
But according to richaceg, they wouldnt be called enemy of the state because of their citizenship even though their crime is more severe.
You're splitting hairs.

Serial killers are enemies of everyone around them.

But they're citizens so they get locked up. There is nowhere to deport them. If we could, we would.
