too funny

you could nitpick the same way about Bill Gates , Steve Jobs, Warren Buffet, Edison and a myriad of others
it would require a hyper critical nature and likely a bias against people who have been financially successful

success requires more than just having a good idea
you need to identify a market demand for the good idea, now or in the near future
then you need to co-ordinate the resources (people, materials, equipment, IT . legal and $$$) to develop, test. modify, package, price, promote and deliver the good idea to the market and stay current in the market
very few people have the energy, drive, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and vision to accomplish this

far more good ideas get derailed along this path way than actually become a commercial success
a single bad decision or a frustrating delay can result in missing the window of opportunity.
decisions by others can mess things up
not understanding how the market will evolve is also critical
  • Research in Motion had a ground breaking idea and enjoyed temporary success , but mistakenly thought voice communication would be too data intensive
  • Nicolas Tesla was a brilliant scientist but lacked other skills
  • Robertson had the best screw head idea which should have become the standard, but he could not do a deal with Henry Ford
  • I know of someone who invent a gadget that could pick open any lock made by a major lock manufacture. He was offered a pittance for the rights / patent by the lock maker who also indicate they would sue him into oblivion if he tried to market his good idea

the proof is in the success in the market
Elon Musk is not a con man
Unfortunately, people like Shaquille just decide they don't like someone, and then work backwards from there to justify their biased opinion about people.
It's a type of defense mechanism whereby they don't want to admit to themselves that they are actually that shallow.

He's only a con because he has associated himself with Trump...had he backed the Democrats...he would've been an "innovator" probably will garner multiple awards...anything GOP associated are "racists" "fascists""uneducated" etc etc...

yep and it all circles back to the messed up ideals behind wealth re-distribution
make a product that meets a demand in the market and improves the lives of other >>> your a hero
make a profit on that same product and increase your wealth in excess of an arbitrary amount that triggers the loonies >>>> your an evil con man who should be taxed until your rich no more.

support Donald Trump >>>> your an evil con man who should be cancelled

here is the really messed up part in this particular case

the loonie left has claimed the world is doomed if we don't switch from ICE to EV.
we are all going to be char broiled if this does not happen (pure garbage, however that's their position)
Musk is doing what ha can to facilitate this change
he should be a hero to the left, but no
apparently they hate him because he is getting rich by trying to meet their demands or they hate him because he supports Trump

so which is truly more important to the left
saving the planet or wealth re-distribution / intolerance of Trump supporters ?

if saving the plant was the true priority it would not matter if the devil himself was getting rich by delivering on their demand

You should've taken the 5th.

Self-portraits like the above, are nothing more than projected self-incrimination.

"I am, therefore I accuse!"

"Your honor, this man will fold like a cheap rug under questioning self-examination."

More "looking in the mirror self-revelations upon self-examination."

Just wait till self-reprisals, 360-degree haymakers and piston-like punching their own faces into a pulpy mess inevitably sets in after more self-revelations in the mirror become apparent.

I'm glad I'm not the only one making this observation about him. Let me tell you, these guys are going to be pissy for the next 4 years and I expect we'll be hearing about it on a daily basis. But hey, it's still better than Kamilla being in office.
there is always hope some can mature and figure out the sky has not fallen
everyone makes mistakes in judgement and you can learn from experiences

seeing the light on a failed ideology would be humbling and difficult but possible if clear evaluation is undertaken

that said many a loonie will sadly go to their grave still frustrated their unachievable utopian world was not achieved
inequality has occurred since one caveman had an apple and another caveman did not.
no one was stopping the hungry caveman from looking for the apple tree

inequality is not going away
its part of human nature

That's a rather harsh view of what the democrats / loonie left are experiencing.
However if that is what is required to sweat the infection of their failed ideology out of them...... so be it.
no pain, no gain

the knife wounds to be inflict by the democrats on Kamala Harris will be countless

In other words he made good decisions and investments.
Unless of course he beat you to all of those things you seem to think anyone could have done and you were just lazy to pursue them yourself?
Yes I am not as good of a con man as Elon.
Guilty as charged.

Maybe.
But not as shallow as some people who would resort to mental gymnasticst to argue that a convicted felon and a rapist is neither of those things, because ideology is more important than the truth for them.
I don’t understand why the conservatives cannot just accept that he is a conman and a criminal. Wouldn’t it trigger libs even more?

good thing for you jealousy, bitterness and mis-guided hatred are not felony crimes
out of compassion for others these are just misdemeanor crimes without fines, incarceration or official record,
the only penalty is a suggestion you undergo some self re-evaluation and you receive a less than sincere "good luck with that"

to ensure all the loonie left boxes are ticked, the victimhood category needs to be filled in
you are the only victim here, unless somebody else was convinced by your strange line of thinking

Would you mind supplying me with the name(s) of Trump's rape victim(s)?
muttering "grab them by the pussy" is perhaps not the best phrase to say in mixed company
however if its used as evidence to illustrate the mindset of a heterosexual male a lot more courthouses are going to be needed

You're a couple years too late for that.
The court already ruled that statement stands as evidence that trump is a rapist.

Nah.
He was a con before that.
He was called as such by many before that.
Nothing to do with Trump.
who did he con? it doesn't matter if he's associated with Trump or not...it's better to have receipts...we can't be throwing away words like rapists, thief, con...it takes away the meaning once we use those words conveniently without facts to back it up. being called a con doesn't mean it's true...
