She did a complete character arc in Better Things not many actors can achieve that. She was a teenager for several seasons of that show. CK couldn't wank his pud in front of her, he would have gone to jail.

Still the man is a comic/writer genius and he's never physically assaulted any one. He needs to be forgiven.

From what I’ve heard, it’s an amazing film, but very person I’ve heard talk about it says it’s one of the best they’ve seen in ages. Only similarities between this and pretty woman are the fact that a sex worker gets involved with a rich guy.

The reviewer who compared Anora to Pretty Woman didn't understand the film. The premise isn't capitalism is good and Mikey isn't playing a moron.

Max Fox is all grown up. I confess I felt like a dirty old communist prevert during the the first half hour of the film. Then the "family" shows up, commencing another half hour of ribald physical comedy. It wore down my resistance, by the end of I was roaring with laughter. Lovely Mikey knows how to ride a blazing saddle. Director Sean Baker got lucky with the ending, he filmed it during a snow storm, it may not have worked so well on a clear day.
