Regarding the occupation. Gaza was not occupied before Oct 7. Israel withdrew from Gaza in 2006. The ICJ did not declare that is Israel was occupying it before Oct 7. It only concluded that Israel should still bear responsibilities toward Gazans proportionate to the degree of control Israel exercised in Gaza while not physically occupying Gaza.
And there is no apartheid in Israel. Israeli arabs have the same rights and as Israeli jews. They have arabs in the government. While there is definitely anti-Jew “apartheid” in Arab countries, to such degree that virtually all arab Jews had to leave their home countries. Such as eg Morocco, Syria, Lebanon.
