Being greedy in the MA world

Greedy is the wrong term IMO. This is the lady's way of earning a living and I cannot think of anyone who, while working, isnt expecting to get paid. However, it doesnt mean that there arent more effective, decent, or ethical ways to go about your business.
I change internet providers every 6 to 12 months because everyone knows that Roger's and Bell only give a shit about their opponents business and not their customers. Am I being greedy or am I being savvy?
I like to make sure that I know what I am paying before I arrive. It really devalues the experience when there is a discussion of additions immediately before or during the fantasy experience. If a lady wants to charge for this or that, certainly her choice to do so, but I wont engage in that conversation during a session (my choice). Tell me the fee before I get there and I will decide if I want to pay it. Not gonna negotiate but if it is out of my budget or what I am willing to spend, then I move on and wish the lady well as others may pay their desired fee. I dont like "hidden fees" in any purchases and I avoid any business that utilizes that unethical business model.
