Nijjar's killing happened last year and Indian agents were accused of "participating" in the crime.
The diplomats were accused this year of collecting information and colluding with criminal gangs in Canada.
Evidence for both has not been provided.
By the way Al-Jazeera is not independent media.
Al-Jazeera's position is that the west is always wrong when it comes to the middle east, but always right when it comes to India.

So now these Diplomats are being accused of complicity in the murder of Nijjar as the RCMP have evidence of them directing these agents to conduct the killings.
Moreover, The RCMP stated that these Diplomats have also been directing these other agents with the extortion, and threats.
Thirteen victims have been notified in this respect by The RCMP, just like they did to Nijjar Singh prior to his murder!!

The Foundation is a Charity and as such the cash that goes in there is for charitable purposes. No evidence that Trudeau funnelled it into his bank accounts
