Despite a 1 billion dollar campaign fund, Kamala is faltering badly

I've said it before, I will say it again.

Harris was a terrible choice for the Democratic nomination.

She was a lousy VP who never impressed and accomplished nothing. She ran for the nomination in 2020 to great fanfare and yet dropped out before a single primary due to being disorganized and not having a prayer to win. She was so bad as VP that there was very serious talk a year or so ago about Biden dumping her in favour of a competent VP.

She has very little gravitas going for her and if Biden announced a year ago that he wasn't going to run for a second term, never in a million years would she have won the democratic nomination.

And yet here she is.

I truly thought when Biden quit that the Dems would have an open convention like the good old days. But instead it just seemed like it was blasphemy to even consider that someone other than Harris should have got the nomination. Most telling was that neither Biden nor especially Obama threw their support behind her in a timely fashion. Why the wait?

Bottom line, she is the wrong choice. The Dems should be destroying Trump, but instead, they are faltering. Kamala is the affirmative action candidate and a lot of voters, democrats or not aren't on side with that. When Biden was running and couldnt string 2 sentences together the talk was that if the Dems ran a candidate other than Biden, that candidate would easily destroy Trump. At the time, i wholeheartedly agreed with that notion, but never did i figure that Harris would be that candidate. The democrats should be killing Trump right now, instead Kamala is 4 points behind where Hillary was at this point.

And frankly I blame Biden for for being so vain and not dropping out of the run for 2024 in time to allow a proper primary to democratically pick a strong nominee. And as far as that goes, if you want to look at it with a wide angle lens, Obama blew it in 2016 when he told Biden that he was going to endorse Hillary Clinton and not him. Biden should have been the democratic nominee in 2016, not the corrupt and unlikeable Hillary Clinton. Biden was far more competent than Hillary and he would have defeated Trump in 2016. Instead, Obama told Biden that the decision was made by the powers that be (the DNC) that Hillary was the chosen one and he, Biden, needed to step aside. And the result was Trump and we all know how that worked out.

And now, just like Hillary, we have the Democratic powers that be putting Harris on the ticket. And just like Hillary, she's going to lose to Trump. It blows my mind how fucking stupid the DNC is. And now we are going to have to endure 4 more years of an emboldened maniac.
If Trump wins, it will be fun to watch you squirm when reminded of how Trump claimed he could end the wars in Gaza and Ukraine in just a few days.

Harris is losing??? Yougov poll based on almost 50,000 respondents shows the opposite. And this was before Trump shot himself with his toxic MSG rally on Sunday.

MAGA dickheads enjoy when Trump tanked the Latino vote and decidedly lost the election.
Did you ever stop to think, that much like Cuba, many Puerto Ricans are in the USA for that very reason and agree?

And that its pretty racist to lump all Hispanics together? There is a world if difference between a Cuban, A Puerto Rican, a Mexican, A Columbian etc. And they will be the first to tell you that.

Even though Piers is a Trump boot licker at least he stacked this panel 2 vs 2 and usually ends up being an entertaining debate.

Palin for an old woman still looks pretty good, bat shit crazy as ever but not bad for a gilf.

If I were into gilfs I would do her but I'm not. @mandrill she's all yours so leave AOC alone!

I'm Obnoxious? You Are A RACIST!” Election Special Feat. Sarah Palin & Destiny

Neither Trump or Harris are good candidates for President.

If they vote in Harris, they'll get the American version of Trudeau.
If they vote in Trump, they'll get a Putin wannabe.

If by being a Putin wannabe means making NATO-Europe foot
the bill of military expenses on the Ukraine proxy war then voters
don't have to be pro-Putin to support Trump's stance on the
Ukraine war.

The problem is the DNC doesn't have any quality talent to put in there. Down the line they may have the PA Governor Josh Shapiro, but they are hung up on identity politics - female, minority it ticks the boxes for them.
Harris is, by far, the most extreme liberal candidate the Democrats have put up. She makes Obama look like a Heritage Foundation candidate. She also lacks political acumen and instincts and comes across as extremely incompetent. Its tough to defend the track record since 2021 for the best of candidates, let alone her.
She should lose next Tuesday and it may be a landslide in the Electoral College vote. I don't think she's ahead in any of the 7 swing states and she's losing momentum by the day.

That poll was conducted over several weeks including before the disastrous appearances by Kamala on Fox and CNN. Making it no longer relevant.

Margins are close but Harris leads in MI, PA & WI and therefore a path to 270. Trump leads in AZ, GA, NC. Nevada is tied. This is from Steve Kornacki of MSNBC

Dude, he isn't a politician, he is a roast comedian. His stock and trade is to tell offensive and controversial jokes. That's what they are, jokes. He did worse to Tom Brady, all American white boy and that panel at that roast, sparing no one. At his podcasts I've seen him roast comedians in a wheelchair.

Probably not the best idea at a political rally? Absolutely I agree. But George Orwell(paraphased) said it, when it said the primary example of liberty is having the ability to tell someone something they don't want to hear.

Lighten up!

Margin are not only within margin of error but aggregates of polls show in some cases within 0.1%.

I'm not even going to try to predict the outcome. Cripes a bad weather Day could decide this. Wisconsin, Michigan, NC all could end up within 20,000 votes.

He appeared at a Trump rally that was supposed to be his closing case. You would think the speakers would have been vetted. You will see tonight at the Ellipse in DC with Harris how its supposed to be done.

Nearly a million voters of Puerto Rican heritage live in swing states, with 470,000 in PA alone. And so many stars of Puerto Rican heritage like Bad Bunny, J Lo, etc. have blasted Trump and come out in support of Harris. This is the nail in Trump's coffin.

You mean promising a Beyonce performance and getting 3 minutes instead?

You could be right. We shall see in a week. But as I said, there is no way to predict this one.

Btw Hinchcliff's line about the Democratic party looking like a P Diddy party hits home mentioning J Lo......

So you are doing everything you can to get her elected and make Trump lose, since you don't want "4 more years of an emboldened maniac", right?
It isn't up to James...it's up to Americans and kamala hasn't shown anything that convinces Americans...it was a disaster from the time they pushed Biden out....the logical step was rush in a primary and get their base to vote....and why her? She had poor primary records meaning democrat base want nothing to do with her....
