Food bank usage up 90% in Trudeau's Canada

Canada surpassed a grim milestone recently. In one month, a record of over 2 million Canadians went to a food bank. This is not right. Nationally, food bank usage is up 90% since 2019 and now certain food banks are running out of food. Our people are starving and suffering in the street, but the government will still tell you that the Canadian economy is doing well.

The Canadian government continues to waste billions of dollars on useless initiatives, send billions of dollars to other countries and import millions of people into the country. This equation does not make sense.

I used to volunteer at the local food bank doing fundraisers, sorting and handing out packages and driving before Christmas delivering the turkey dinner packages being sent out.
Over the past three years I had noticed more and more young people coming in, some of them dressed quite nicely and carrying the latest phones.
Last year it seemed that just after the middle of August the majority were visible international students attending Queens, one of the volunteers with me pointed this out to me and showed me a video, I tried to find it again but the thumbnail is in the video below bottom right in the thumbnail..
We pretty much ran out of food packages by the middle of September and a plea was issued for more assistance.
Myself and three others quit volunteering for walk in distribution and fundraising just after Christmas, which I feel bad for the people who really need it but the majority was not going to the people who needed it.
Now I just do the deliveries to the families who I know really need it.

I know the video you're talking about. These international "students" were giving tutorials on how to get free food in Canada. It went viral and got deleted I believe.

What these guys do is fake that they have the funds to live in Canada, then once they are here they do whatever to survive. There are tons of Indian tutorials on how to cheat the Canadian system but it's all in their language so it goes under the radar.

It's a shame what this system has become under Trudeau.

That's because the artery is totally fucked and gridlocked.

I don't gaf how many bribes Duggler takes from however many corrupt developers. The Dugger is going to tear up that fucking bike lane so that part of the commute takes only 3 fucking minutes again.

Leave them for commuters, bikes, pedestrians and cars.

There were two lanes each in either direction before. Previously there was a parked lane and 2 driving lanes. Now there is a bike lane, separated from the rest of the road by a raised platform; a parked car lane that is full of parked cars; and a single driving lane.

Your buddies have screwed up every inch of the city that they have been able to. Ford is going to kick your buddies' sad asses and get re elected until this is fixed.
