First off, I believe that JT has saved this little tidbit to deflect from his failings as a PM and the disastrous Green Slush Fund scandal, among a few others, so a timely release and he hopes it makes him look tough and that he's a take action kinda guy. The murdered guy, Sikh leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar , seems to be a bit of a terrorist or something to the Indian government and I haven't seen, nor heard of any proof linking his murder to the Indian government. While I don't condone foreign powers eliminating such transgressors here on Canadian soil, I do see a bit of a conflict here, as we should not be harboring or abetting such activities on our soil. If you come to Canada, be a Canadian and leave your shit behind. This should not be a safe haven for you to operate in. That, in and of itself, causes political tension.
Secondly, why hasn't JT released the names of the MPs and I'm sure MPPs, that have been helped by foreign governments/interests, as I'm sure there are a few libs on that list that India has helped get into office? It's a curious thing, politics, where he'll come out and accuse India of one thing, but not another. This should be public knowledge.
Thirdly, the last time this happened, the US came out in its support of India, as they want a strong India, with good and friendly western relations, for stability in the area. I'm wondering what the next play on this stage is, as it seems JT likes to bring this up for his image, without much proof, other than the RCMP said so. CSIS has maintained that there are several foreign governments that have been meddling with Canadian politics, not just India. It seems that there are several players in this field of deception, including Pakistan and China, and while Russia has not been named, one has to wonder about them. Could this be because India has been supporting candidates that will align with their political agenda, to crush the separatist movement within their country, so those candidates won't be liberal, but other competing parties to the libs? Hmmm, makes one think that JTs motives aren't genuine here, but more survival. Name the MPs that were supported in getting elected, and then he can talk about this.
