Silver isn't at 538, he left some time ago.
Silver AND 538 are both poll aggregators, not pollsters.
They do bundle multiple polls. (Silver is largely credited with making that approach popular.)
In both cases, however, they have their own approaches for weighting polls and even accepting them in their mix, so get different results.
(Just as RCP has its own recipe as well.)

We should not over-tax rich people. We should tax them to the same ratio as the middle class.
