Why? There are idiots on both sides of the political spectrum. As I've said many times, I don't have a problem with either side as long as they are respectful and not extreme. Extremists/fundamentalists are horrible people. I think we can all agree with that. But, what's happened in America (and slowly happening up here) is that the right has shifted so much from moderates to more and more extreme leadership. It started with the Tea Party and now is MAGA, which is the GOP on steroids.
Now, on the left, majority are still just left of centre, but these extremists are fucked in the head on many levels.
