Hi all terbees, I'm planning to go to Thailand, BKK, Hua Hin, maybe Pattaya too (not sure) and Hanoi. I've been to Vietnam (but no mongering) many years ago, and have been to Thailand multiple times, with some mongering.

For northern Vietnam, Hanoi is enjoyable for a day's walk-through. There are also very good overnight visits to Hoi An to the northeast (beautiful bay) and Sapa in the northwest (hill treks, mountain people). Again, this is actual tourism for a foreigner wanting to experience another country's culture and environment.

For Bangkok, you'll visit the Palace and Wat Pho, also the river and Wat Arun, Jim Thompson House, various upscale malls (I like Siam Paragon), a day trip to Ayutthaya, visit Khao San Road at night (backpacker scene), Chinatown, rooftop bars, and, yes, the nightlife. Mongering is very easy, if that's what you want; it's also easy to avoid if you don't want it.

I want to Pattaya many years ago. The town basically exists for mongering. Many, many go-go bars, indys at bars, etc.

Thanks for the itinerary and places as well. Definitely I'll see into the Hanoi places you recommend. As for bkk, now will have to squeeze BKK, Pattaya and Hua Hin in 6 days.

I've been to Vietnam but I have a friend that lives there and speaks the language. Language barrier is huge as not many speak English very well. What we did was go to various karaoke bars and get a room along with some companions. A couple times, we tipped the boss like $30-50cad to let us take their girls out. Some other times the deal is made with the girls and they'll take you to a love hotel. This was over 10yrs ago and I'm told everything in Saigon is more expensive now. I think at the time I paid around $150-200 for an overnight. Honestly, don't argue with these girls over $50-100. Not that we are rich, but majority of these girls come from small towns or villages as with most of the SPs in South East Asia.

Anyway, I remember 3 experiences specifically.

1- first girl was pretty much brand new to the industry and was the best looking and tightest girl I ever fucked. I originally wrote an essay about thr experience but will condense it. Arrangement was made directly with her, but she was a bit nervous and shy at the hotel.
