Ahhhh you didn't like the date of my link. LMFAO. Ok dunce cap, here is an article from this year that says the same thing. I hope you are ok with the date or maybe I should find something released in the last week to make you happy. Not! :ROFLMAO: Dates aside, this man violated the charter of rights and that's ok with you. That makes you highly unfucking Canadian as far as I'm concerned. Presenting evidence to you is the equivalent of presenting evidence to Trudeau's son. Nothing I tell that kid can skew his opinion of his father. You might as well be his offspring. Maybe I should start calling you baby Castro. Here you go turkey, read it and weep. Your dad is a corrupt, tyrannical dictator. Kinda like his papa.

https://nationalpost.com/opinion/ja...e-freezing-funds-of-freedom-convoy-protesters
Ohhhh dear, you have not read what you posted....... did you?? Where does it say that the "Donors accounts" were frozen like you alleged??
You have started resorting to childish abuses!!
Even your right wing article stated this:

Police, at the time, would send names of account holders to banks if they had only a “bare belief” that the account holder was protesting in downtown Ottawa. (Normally, in Canada, police need to have “reasonable grounds to believe” an offence has been committed to arrest and charge a person; to detain a person, a lower standard of “reasonable suspicion” must be met.)
See even your article states that the Police released the names of the FREEDUMB "PROTESTERS" and no mention of the Donors that you alleged in the first place. So once again post the exact quote that justifies that it was the "DONORS" like you alleged like a ten year old child who does not read what he posts. Otherwise, just give up and walk away as you are becoming a waste of bandwidth and my time!!

Lmfao!!! Typical liberal 🤡 When all else fails, resort to pedantics. Your papa would be so proud of you. Listen, I haven't the time, patience or interest to play your silly games so the easiest way to prove my point is to expose you for what you are. A JT dickrider. You think JT is a flawless human being and the perfect leader so with that being said there is simply no way to get thru to you. Everyone else here, even his supporter recognize he has made mistakes but you are blind, irrational and totally out of touch with reality and now I'll prove it. Name one(or more if there are any) mistake that Justan asshole has made either while in office or in his life in general. You can't. Because you don't see any. At that right there is my point. You're incapable of recognizing him for what he is. So for that (t)reason I have no interest in ruining you warped opinion of our :poop: prime minister. 🤷‍♂️
Once again you were proven to be 100% wrong in this respect. When you cannot prove that the Donors accounts were frozen like you alleged then all you do is to start your usual childish abuses. The FreeDumb assholes held the citizens of Ottawa to ransom for weeks. Then they went on to disrupt the supply chains at the border that caused the disruption of essential like food, medicines, and other vital goods that resulted in billions of dollars of trade:

Of course to you as an asskisser of Pee Pee who marched in tandem with them, is a hypocrite to complain about Billions of dollars that instead are going to help Canadians in Childcare, Dental and Medicare. The even Doug Ford supported the use of this Act when he could do nothing to enforce the law and order, of course you are getting dumb and dumber by the minute:

Ford government stands by use of Emergencies Act against ‘Freedom Convoy’ despite court decision
“Something had to be done,” said Sylvia Jones, the province’s solicitor general during the winter 2022 protest against COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.

Are you going to denounce him for it? You are a lost cause!! 😆 😂🤣

LOL!! Was Trudeau charged with anything in this instance? "Unjustified" does not mean that he was found guilty of anything, unlike the 34 Felony Counts by Donald Trump where he was considered to be guilty!!

Most Canadians supported the use of the Emergency Act and do not want even a cent given to those unruly demonstrators who were holding the Citizens of Ottawa as hostages for over a month, and then preventing the supply chain between the USA and Canada that was costing our Economy in Billions of dollars in lost revenue on a daily basis:
Trudeau is the leader of a party that violated the charter of rights under his command and approval.
This isn't about an opinion poll.
My goodness how you twist yourself into a pretzel defending clear violations of our rights. Amazing & sad.

How are these sheep able to ignore and forget ALL of the fucked up things this guy has done? There are countless examples yet they still ask 'what did he do wrong' People are strange 🤷‍♂️
Because criticizing him means they would be admitting they have been supporting the worst PM in history.
I believe deep down they are embarrassed and ashamed that they have to defend him.
Remember, you are talking about people who think their carbon tax rebate cheques have actually made them richer than before.

More Liberal propaganda trying to convince you that your groceries have not really gone up in price.
Ultimate gaslighting by a party that has convinced their supporters that they are actually making more money now than before due to getting a carbon tax rebate cheque, for a tax they can't explain mathematically on its impact on climate.

Poilievre is playing Singh right now.

BC elections are coming up October and if the NDP lose, it will be 10x worse then the Liberals by-election loses.
BC NDP are so worried they will lose, that they are now campaigning on scrapping the consumer carbon tax amongst other things.
Funny how that works eh?

"B.C. Premier David Eby's opponents are slamming him for capitulating on issues where he once stood firm, including harm reduction, mental health treatment and now a key pillar of the province's climate change fight — the carbon tax."

Have you ever considered a career in politics? You would be a natural! You essentially ignored everything I said in my post and resorted to slinging propaganda and quoting media sources trying to make an irrelevant point. Lost cause? Have you looked in the mirror? Trying to convince you that your daddy Justan asshole is bad is the equivalent of trying to convince members of the Nazi party that Hitler is a bad man. You simply refuse to see anything other than the ideology that you've been indoctrinated in. Additionally, when have I ever said anything in support of Pierre Poilievre? I haven't yet you decide to include me as a supporter to further strengthen your irrelevant point. You sir are the epitome of a lost cause. JT could run you kid over and all you would have to say is 'well, I'm going to miss him but he shouldn't have been playing on the road' And then you'd offer to suck JT's dick before he leaves. You are brainwashed and hopeless.
Real garbled nonsense from you!! Listen if Trudeau resigns then no love lost. There are others that are capable of taking over. He has had over 8 years in power and just like Harpo, obviously Canadians want change. This is although better the devil that you know than that Pee Pee Devil waiting in the wings that is full of promises and yet no real substance. All he and the rest of you will then keep on blaming the previous Govt. if he takes power and then screws up the economy just like Harpo did. But you are brain dead jus like some other righties on t his Board!!

When Doug Ford agreed with it with invoking The Emergency Acts, as he could not control the Acts of Violence and disorder by the FreeDumb as hell convoy, we have to wait for the actual appeal when it goes to the Supreme Court. The majority of Canadians agreed with it especially the citizens of Ottawa who were held to ransom for weeks. Moreover, you and the righties are okay with the disruption of the Supply Chain and trades with our biggest trading partners that costed us billions of dollars in trade per day........JEEZ you are a lost cause!!

So Harper was not re-elected because "obviously Canadians wanted change"? Same as Trudeau?
You mean "blaming the previous government" like you do by bringing up Harper any time anyone criticizes Trudeau?

Help us navigate the choppy waters of your hypocrisy please.

Ah yes...the "have to wait for appeal" excuse.
Funny how you don't say that about anyone else you don't like. Want an example or can you figure out what I'm implying here?

Like I said, agreeing or disagreeing with invoking the emergencies act is not relevant here. That is opinion. Try not to distract.
What is indeed relevant is that the court ruled the Liberals violated the Canadian Charter of Rights.
And you are making excuses and wiggling around that fact.

Remember that Harpo inherited a surplus and a healthy economy, but led Canada into a recession and after 2 decades did not manage to get Canada out of it. But you righties still defend that abysmal record of his!!
Yes, Canadians just want a change in the Govt. You righties still blame the Wynn Govt. for Ford's screw ups in the Healthcare, Education and several other sectors including needless spending in the Highway that runs through a greenbelt.
You guys think that you can get the pass with that hypocrisy!!

That was in violation of the Charter of Rights in the opinion of a Judge. But not a crime or the 34 felony counts compared to that individual down South that was proven guilty and you guys passionately defend. This was the Federal Govt. coming to the aid of the Provincial Ford govt. that could not contain this FreeDumb convoy actions. Then do you agree or disagree with the Ford Govt.'s support of this Emergency Act? You will not address this question will you?

DoFo uses the Notwithstanding act way more than Trudeau ever did, and for blatant corruption.
But the skoobs of the world are ok with it when a right winger does it.

Harper was in power from 2006-2015...that's not 2 decades. That's barely 1 decade.

Harper, about a year into his tenure in 2006 led Canada through the global financial meltdown starting in 2007/2008. One of the worst economic disasters in history. Yet Canada, compared to other countries faired relatively well.
Wynn's government (the now extinct Ontario Liberal party) was in power for 15 years and set world-record debt by the time they were obliterated in the 2018 election leaving so much debt that no matter what government would have come to power, generations would be paying for that debt. It didn't just start back at zero when Ford took over.

Federal debt under Harper was about 11%. Federal debt under Trudeau is about 35% and growing. Yes triple.

So when the economy is bad under Trudeau, you blame global factors, yet under Harper you blame Harper.

When Trudeau has screwed Canada for a decade, you skip back a decade and blame Harper.

See the pattern here?

I guess you won't or can't accept that your Liberal heroes actually were found guilty of violating the act.
If they weren't then why are they appealing the verdict?

The Ford government was not dragged into court and found guilty...the Federal Liberals were. They were the ones that invoked the act.

That's the difference you are desperately trying to avoid.

Typo, yes meant a decade. No it was a recession but nothing like a deep recession in the past century.
The Canadian Economy was in a far better shape than the USA when Harper inherited a great surplus and a healthy economy from the previous Liberal Government.
Never at any time under harper's reign were the Provincial economies shut down as they were during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
All the Provinces were begging for help that the Federal Govt. came to the aid. See how you blame the recession for Harper plunging Canada into it but cannot accept the aid from the Federal Govt. to the Provinces. Moreover, we had the supply chain disruptions that was unprecedented in history, plus the food and energy shortages due to the Climate Change plus The war in Ukraine. Yet you will be in denial of the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic when just the essential services, like hospitals, grocery stores and restaurants only were open for around two two years. If Provinces could manage to aid their residents we would not have had the Federal debt that we went through. Also, the Liberal Govt. had to start investing where Harper failed when he left Canada in a recession. The Ford Govt exceeded The Wynn Govt. Debt. That is a fact that you cannot accep:

Ford rode into office on a high horse. During the 2018 provincial election, he barnstormed the province, castigating the Wynne government as fiscally reckless. If elected, Ford pledged to end Ontario’s debt dive and straighten out the province’s finances.

But six years later, Ford has added $86 billion to the provincial debt. That means Ford added more debt to Ontario’s balance sheet than any other premier, save Dalton McGuinty.

That’s right: Ford’s fiscal record is worse than even his immediate predecessor, Kathleen Wynne.

Ford’s apologists generally come up with three excuses to take the heat off his dismal debt record: the situation inherited from the Liberals, the pandemic and a lack of government revenue.

All three excuses are hogwash. But let’s go through them in turn.

First, there’s the “blame the Liberals” argument.

It’s true that when Ford came to office, the Liberal government was running a large deficit. When the Wynne government presented its final budget, shortly before the 2018 election, then-finance minister Charles Sousa laid out a plan to spend $158.5 billion and run a $6-billion deficit.

After the election, did Ford come in and clean up the mess? Nope. Ford increased 2018 spending to $162.5 billion and exploded the deficit to $11.7 billion.

This is an apples-to-apples comparison: what the Liberals planned to spend during the 2018-19 fiscal year compared to what Ford chose to spend. The deficit and spending went up, not down.

This was done so as the Ontario Govt. had failed to handle the lawlessness of the FreeDumb Convoy. There is no distraction that they were holding the City of Ottawa residents as hostages for weeks, and then started to disrupt the Trade of Essential Goods including medications for those in a life and death situation. But of course you right wingers do everything to defend their actions, even though the vast majority of Canadians including Doug Ford supported the Invoking of the Emergency Act!! Anyway, this is a nothing burger like the 34 felony Charges that all you righties have been passionately defending..........ROTFLMAO!!

But one more time rather than sidestepping the question:

Do you agree with Ford's decision to support The Federal Government with invoking The Emergency Act? Plain Yes or No?
You will once again avoid the question!!

The 2007 financial meltdown is one of the top 5 most devastating financial crisis in history...so you are again downplaying that to suit your narrative.

Don't believe me? Look it up yourself.

You want to give Trudeau a pass because of the pandemic, but then blame Ford who was affected by the pandemic as well? Do you even realize the extents of your own hypocrisy here?

That proves what everyone is saying about you. You downplay anything that goes against your narrative.

Was there an official vote that Ford participated in which proves he fully supported it? No. He gave his opinion and that was it. I thought you don't believe anything he says?

The more important question which you keep avoiding is why do you support the Liberals violating the Canadian Charter of Rights?

If a conservative did that you would be burning cars in the streets...JT does it...crickets and excuses.
