X..im gonna be judgemental here....i wont lie...once in a blue moon you post a clunker.......lets hear the vastly superior Bo Diddley version
I agree 100%. I also like the Bo Diddley/Ron Wood version, though still not as good as the original.

Was just posting some odds and ends from my iTunes library...

The Ron Wood drawn cover reminds me of the framed Ron & Keef litho drawn by Ron that I bought in NYC back in the 1990's. Long gone tho.

This was their big hit early 70's. Pretty good actually. Don't know what it had to do with Toronto.
Saw them opening for somebody at Massey Hall. Tight band. Did a country song " don't give me the brush off tonight" Story of my life. Can't find it.

I found this hard to believe, if the Rolling Stones can still tour why not The Who. They took a revamped and muscular rhythm with them of Zak Starkey (Ringo's son) and Pino Palladino with them. Some are saying that Daltrey and Townsend have drunk from the fountain of youth.

Pino Palladino is a session musician with a number of hits to his name.

Imho this is the No. 1 song of the 60s.

i think otis recorded this tune to give him a top 10 hit....a great Pop song...that was huge...unfortunately he didnt live long enough to reap the rewards
Otis Reddding was the greatest Soul Singer in modern history imho and this one is my all time fav....even better than Sittin on the Dock of the Bay..imo
