it should only be about who is better for the country. if we had a fair unbiased media there wouldnt be a question. that was discusting last night the constant attacks on trump and the softballs they were throwing at harris the fact checks on trump they did on trump some of them were lies and harris was telling the same old lies about trump the mainstream media has dreampt up over the years and wont let them go when they have all been proven as lies. dictotor day one, bloodbath, fine people hoax thje list goes on and they just let lie all night 0 fact checks. what a surprise.

As for non emergency spikes [and I can't put the covid spike on Trump, unless you did not want to do any social distancing and let more people die] from the numbers I've seen pre covid and post covid spending, Biden has been doing much worse on the debt angle in terms of nominal numbers and the more important % of GDP. If you take out the covid spike, actually the deficit % of GDP has been growing at pretty much a similar rate.
And neither of these cunts have any desire to do anything about it. In times of economic growth a deficit of even 4 percent is insane, over 5 is treason.

That's something you leave to subordinates, but he must have been so panicked about doing so badly he thought he had to do it himself.

I didn't think the debate was the blowout it has been portrayed. I still give Harris the W, but not the 10-5 or 10-6 (boxing 10 point must system), more 10-9 at best 10-8. Yes, Trump did firehose his lies about his economy but the fact Harris didn't respond I think was rather effective by Trump to folks who are too busy to dig up stats.
I think how she started out not answering the first question and went right into her campaign speech bugged me too.
She let a lot of things go. And Trump powered through the moderators on more than one occasion thus getting the final word much more than 50% of the time (I could be wrong, it felt that way). He did get 5 more minutes of speaking time. However, she gutted him on abortion and the crowd size thing made him look pathetic.
However, overall she accomplished goal #1 is she has a strong presence, gave the impression she was in charge, without coming across as a whinger. Thus more people now can envision her in charge. But IMHO it was not a blowout.

What average citizens thought about the debate last night. Kamala Harris is a liar. - her facial expressions are cringe - she’s unlikable and hard to listen to - the moderators were debating Trump for her - ABC is a joke- she’s a complete phony and annoying A.F. When someone is that cringe - it’s impossible to even care what they say.
