He promised to raise tariffs on china which will drastically raise prices for all Americans and increase inflation.
It's very simple for some of us. Trump contained the Federal regulatory bodies. It has expanded again under Biden. If you're Canadian, you should look at the Ottawa government headcount during Trudeau's years.

Is it really a stretch to say Trump will also rollback large spending projects initiated by Biden?

By the way, why are Democrats so interested in getting cheap goods from China? If you were watching the debates, this was one of Trump's points. If the tariffs on China are so bad, why didn't the Biden Administration eliminate them? For the life of me, why do people insist on repeating rhetoric that at its core makes no sense.

Are tariffs the best solution? No. There is a lot of good stuff written on trade with China. The average person (and many politicians) won't follow the arguments. Wall Street believes it can still make money in China although that's changing. Wall Street has their hands in both parties' pockets.

The democrats plan on ending it is to have Ukraine win....Trump's plan to end it is negotiation...I wonder which one will benefit Americans? Keep funding foreign wars or stay out of it and broker a peace deal....
I see a lot of comparisons to the Korean War.

North Korea invaded South Korea. The U.S. and South Korea pushed back the North Koreans. Of course, the Chinese came in and saved North Korea. After that, there was two years of stalemate as both sides traded limited territory.

I think the Ukrainian conflict ends the same way. There will be a demilitarized zone separating Russia and the Ukraine. The two countries will live in a state of hostility.

Reduce regulatory bodies? Look up walkerton water crisis, tuna gate, etc.

I didn't hear that tonight.
I think she's doing a crafty job of running away from the current Administration and its policies.
At one point Kamala had to say to Trump and I paraphrase; It's important to remember you are not running against Joe Biden you are running against me.

How did she get where she's at now? Did she herself win any primaries?

She's there because she caught a ride on Biden.

Nice rhetoric, but again we have to suspend knowledge of the last two months.

I expect Putin will get removed and saner people will find a way to tuck their tail and head home a la Afghanistan. They will likely turn over security responsibilities to some self-governed area that Ukraine will re-absorb, so they can maintain the illusion that their own forces achieved their invasion goals.

That would be nice, but do you keep fighting this war on the supposition that Putin will fall. I started hearing that two years ago.

I don't think the Ukraine is big enough to continue a war of attrition with Russia. I've seen some polls saying that Ukrainians are tired and want a negotiated settlement.

I just don't want people to object to a settlement simply because Trump supports it.

Of course, set aside that idiot. He'd give away the store to make himself look good.

But how exactly do people expect settling with a bully to work out?

Did you see my post on how the Ukraine War and how it compares to the Korean Conflict? Kim Jong Un is a wannabe bully.

I don't know your angle. Social media is littered with people posting that the Ukraine should fight until Russia withdraws entirely including from Crimea. Some of them are certainly of Ukrainian descent.

The Ukrainians fought back and preserved their country. That's enough. Russia is also not a threat to NATO.

I don't think waiting for a complete Russian capitulation is in the cards. It's also a very risky proposition.
