Neck tattoos

I know folks can have a wide range of opinions on tattoos, but I personally like them and I particularly love when a woman’s neck is tattooed. Think Stephanie Love or Chantal Danielle as recent pornstars with them.

Anyone come to mind in the Ottawa/Gatineau area with such a tattoo ? (and other tattoos, I’m sure!)
