There’s no way. That wouldn’t help Trump to get more votes since whoever is dumb enough to like rfk already likes Trump anyway. But it could stop some from voting for Trump cuz rfk is too crazy for some.
People immediately mocked Vance and in Trump's mind maybe Vance is a loser pick.
RFK Jr came out like a rock star for him (at least to that crowd).
Trump dumping someone because they look like a loser and choosing the other guy he likes more is very on brand.
I kind of doubt it overall and I do suspect that Vance is bringing in some of the high tech oligarch money, but RFK Jr has friends in that group as well.
(I suspect that as much as Thiel likes having a puppet in the VP role, he wants Trump to win more than that, so he will accept the switch.)
