PRESIDENT TRUMP: Elon called me; as you know, he endorsed me. I respect him a lot, and he respects me. It takes courage to endorse, and he has courage. He asked me to do a show on Monday, and I believe he's the host. A lot of people are talking about it, and I look forward to it.

Gutfield here just lies (or is so stupid that he can't understand what is happening in front of him) about things.
He is saying that Trump - faced with a foreign power - will lie constantly, show he doesn't understand things, and come across as a weak, easily confused idiot.
