You mean the minor bookkeeping anomalies that were handled by his accountants?
If it was anyone else, these would be corrected and ignored.

Tell that to John Edward's whom Republicans went after for EXACTLY the same thing.

So do the felonies not count ? Do hunter bidens felonies not count either because nobody else was ever charged with it (unlike trump)?

It's funny how you are so much more intelligent than the entire US justice system. They could get rid of all their courts and just ask you instead. Think of the time and money they would save

Guess you missed the part when moron Don was so stupid and arrogant he didn't think he would get caught like John Edward's did and left several paper trails and eye witness accounts too ? You are right some of these crimes only apply to Trump because anyone else would be rotting away in jail if they committed anywhere near the crimes he did

yeah I am sure it was his accountants who told Trump that instead of paying Stormy $130K Trump needs to pay $260K to Cohen because Cohen will have to give $130K away as 50% income tax because the payment needs to be falsely presented as lawyers fees instead of what it was. AND TRUMP DID PAY DOUBLE. To allow Cohen to give this extra $130K to the government.

That is very normal. Like let's say Trump had to pay $10mln as a downpayment for a property and so he needed to send this $10mln to his real estate lawyer. Definitely Trump would also be okay if the accountants told him: no, let's pay $20mln because let's disguise it as a fees paid to the real estate lawyer and the lawyer then pays $10mln as his personal income tax.

I am sure Trump's lawyers explained to the jury how normal it all is. Strange that the jury didn't get it.

Let's look at Trump aka America's dumbest criminal since he was the front runner for thr GOP -

1 - lies about meeting with Russians at Trump tower then changes his lie to say it was about adoption
2 - commits election fraud and convicted of 34 felonies
3 - tries to extort zelensky into opening a sham investigation against his political opponent and gets ratted out by his own administration and impeached
4 - incites an angry mob and orders them to stop Joe bidens certification. Also sends fake electors and asks a governor to find him votes to win which leads to impeachment #2 and dozens more felonies
5 - takes top secret documents to Mar a lago, lies about returning them and is caught on a recording admitting he knew it was a crime
6 - found liable for business fraud and ordered to pay 500m
7 - found liable of sexual assault and ordered to pay 5 million to his victim
8 - found liable for defamation and ordered to pay 80 million in damages

These are all honest mistakes right JC ?

who among us haven't paid a double downpayment for a house so that our lawyer can remit 50% of it to the government?

"effectively" doesn't mean "did". "a more common definition" doesn't mean "the definition".

If you want to educate yourself you can read the jury form before making false assumptions...pay close attention to items 1 and 3.

I love the fact that you think posting the verdict that rump 'sexually abused' Carroll and was ordered to pay $2 million is a good defence of his actions.
Total own goal, skoob.

Seems to me it's more important to you. You jump onto every response I make to other members and can't resist doing so.

I don't call people who have not been convicted of rape "rapists". In your banana court fantasy world you would judge people based on opinion, zero evidence and hatred.
You call people who vote for the liberals 'Marxists'.
The correct term for someone found guilty of sexual assault in common language is 'rapist'.
You don't say they are a 'sexual assualtist'

He is a really shoddy crook.
Paying off Stormy and trying to declare it as an expense?
That's idiotic.

Wasn't exactly the same thing...many differences. Edward's case was Federal and Trump's state level. Trump wasn't paying anyone to hide a pregnancy. You should do some research.

Do bookkeeping errors before someone is in office keep you up at night?
Not most people.

Posting it to prove you love lying about him being "convicted for rape".

Seeing as you are now pivoting to something else I believe I accomplished making you see the light.

btw I wonder if the judge was banging the prosecutor when he was mentoring her while working together for the same law firm in the past? You must admit that's an interesting question right?

Everything you believe in is Marxist in nature, so why would you be offended by me calling you exactly what you are? Why do you take it as an insult? You are a Marxist by your own examples within the ideology you promote. That's on you. No one has made that up.

Look at the list below...pretty much what you always preach...like 99%? (the remaining 1% is all that's preventing you from being a full-fledged Communist):

Marxism argues that capitalism as a form of economic and social reproduction is inherently flawed and will ultimately fail.

The following are some key elements of Marx’s theories of how class conflict would play out in a capitalist system:

  1. Capitalist society is made up of two classes: the bourgeoisie, or business owners, who control the means of production, and the proletariat, or workers, whose labor transforms raw commodities into goods that have market value.
  2. Ordinary laborers, who do not own the means of production, such as factories, buildings, and materials, have little power in the capitalist economic system. Workers are also readily replaceable in periods of high unemployment, further devaluing their perceived worth.
  3. To maximize profits, business owners have to get the most possible work out of their laborers while paying them the lowest possible wages. This creates an imbalance between owners and laborers, whose work is exploited by the owners for their own gain.
  4. Since workers have little personal stake in the process of production, Marx believed they would become alienated from their work, and even from their own humanity, and turn resentful toward business owners.
  5. The bourgeoisie are able to leverage social institutions, including government, media, academia, organized religion, and the banking and financial systems, as tools and weapons against the proletariat with the goal of maintaining their positions of power and privilege.4
  6. Ultimately, the inherent inequalities and exploitative economic relations between these two classes will lead to a revolution in which the working class rebels against the bourgeoisie, takes control of the means of production, and abolishes capitalism.
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/...at capitalism, flawed and will ultimately fail.

Could the problem here be that while you don't believe you're a Marxist, you actually are?
