Would “convicted sex offender” work better for you?
If course the anonymous keyboard fighters are braver than Biden, and the rest of the democrats...wonder why they don't make that their talking point? We all know why....

Also, who actually thought Kamala was black 10 years ago. Kamala is an Indian name. If all you know are her name, the fact that she lives in San Francisco, and you see her (looks like a typical Tamil or Telegu Indian), you’re going to think she’s Indian. Funny that she’s going more her black side now, similar to what Obama did.One raised by a single white mother, the other by a single Indian mother but they go black when trying to get votes lol.
Kamala Harris is of African, Indian and European ancestry. To MAGA enthusiasts who see everything in terms of black and white and likewise for a lot of America actually, this mixed ancestry might be conflicted and confusing for them.

Hey Marx von Failfooter,
Doesn't matter what a judge "says" after the fact when expressing his opinion.
Of course it does.
Trump filed a case for being defamed by being called a rapist.
The judge ruled that given the judgment against him New York, it wasn't defamation to call him one.

I know you love playing with legal semantics, but if you are going to be a stickler that only court decisions count, then you have to accept that calling him a rapist is appropriate.

Yes her black Jamaican father would be very disappointed in her.
Same with her HBCU (black) college from which she graduated..

The GOP know that traditionally African Americans aka blacks and Latinos vote for the Democrats primarily and historically have a lower voter turn out than whites on a percentage basis. The GOP also knows that there are more registered Democrat voters than Republican voters .

Trump tried to through a wrench in the works by suggesting that Harris is now conveniently black in order to set African American against her but, his statements have boomeranged and come back to bite the Republicans hard in the ass.

Trump charged Carroll with slander for calling him a rapist.
The ruling from that court case was on the specific issue of whether its slander or legally correct to say rump is a rapist.
It was not 'after the fact', as you well know.

Which still leaves you as a fascist who defends rape and felons.
Which still leaves you as a Marxist misinformation spreader.

Just because you keep peddling your biased narrative, doesn't mean it's tru/

As Notre Dame Law School professor Jay Tidmarsh, an expert in complex civil litigation and civil procedure, told Newsweek, "civil cases do not speak of 'guilt' or 'innocence'" but instead "use the language 'liable' or 'not liable,'" as reporting of the jury's verdict repeated.
"So it is accurate to say that Donald Trump was liable for battery and defamation, but not that he was found guilty of battery and defamation."

"Therefore, in order for Ms. Carroll to prevail on the statute of limitations, she needed to prove [by a preponderance of the evidence] that she was the victim of rape or sexual abuse or forcible touching.

"Any one of the three would have sufficed. The jury found two of the three applied, but not rape."

Mother Jones? A publication that is anti-Trump and you use that as your source of non-partisan facts? That's funny. Lol!

If The King of Kings wants to become American Caesar he's going to need to up his game. JD Vance isn't helping him.

Although this is consistent with the GOP platform. They have nothing to offer Americans except for hate.

Mother Jones is a biased rag.

You're a Marxist homophobe supporting terrorists and being racist to foreign students by accusing them of being part of organized crime with zero proof.
All wrapped in a conspiracy-theory misinformation spreading gift wrap.

I've seen where her father claims to be mixed Irish and Hindu. His Irish ancestors owned slaves in Jamaica.

You get whiny when you're called out.

Now you've got the UK, where all the policies you back in place, taking part in the kind of race riots you seem to be arguing for here.
While rump and you are doubling down in your own racism.
