- somehow, Trump pretended to get injured by splashing some fake blood on himself at the precise moment shots were fired...all in a coordinated effort to ensure he wasn't also killed by real stray bullets that were flying by.

Of course Trump is playing it up and is making his 'victimhood' part of his rallies. Doesn't change that the injury was real (though not significant) and considering the events, could have been much worse.
And for the other side's conspiracy theorist, the coordination between the secret service and local forces left a gap. That is far from backing the right-wing claims of it being a failed Biden plot.
Ear injuries bleed a lot no matter how small. Doesn't mean they can't heal quickly. Ask your doctor.

Trump's ear wasn't blown off. I've had cuts on my hands that were bad and healed fairly quickly.
The fact that people like you are grasping at straws to find some kind of nefarious activity with this is pathetic really. Ears bleed a lot regardless of how small the cuts are. Maybe the first bandage was there in case it started bleeding again so the blood wouldn't stream down his face like before? Eventually, cuts heal and need smaller bandages?

There is a space between the back side top of the ear and the head. It could have just grazed the top of his ear. It obviously did not tear out a chunk sufficient to warrant a big Kotex on the cunt but I have little doubt he was grazed by the bullet.
Here is a NYT photographer's sequence. You can see the blood on his hand in the last pic. In fact, if you look closely, you can see the horizontal blood streak on his hand.
And below is a pic of the vapour trail of the bullet, consistent with the trajectory of the shot.
