Here’s the update from my earlier rantLittle head combined with zero decent options in this area took over and I decided to try again from a different number. Booking process was still the same and a little vague and sloppy, but better communication. We agreed to a time and I got an update text not long after asking to push 15 minutes - fine…lots of notice so this is an improvement and makes it manageable.
Nice building and decent enough apartment, albeit simple. She’s cuter facially than I expected and has a nice little body. Session was good and she’s enthusiastic and puts in a hell of an effort. Tried her damndest to DT and took a decent ff too, which to this point I hadn’t really found in this area. Offers cim/cof for an up charge, although she admitted she’s never actually done cof before.
She’s dropped her prices in hopes of attracting new business, but I’m fearful she’ll attract the wrong clientele. She wants to stay in this area because she likes it better than Markham.
I would recommend seeing her, but be mindful of the shitty booking process.

Finally got approved by Terb and thought I'd start with a review of Phoebe. I've seen her twice now, once at location on Colombia and a second time near Grand River hospital. I would agree with most other posters here that she's very service oriented, is a pretty/young Asian lady which is rare in the area, and her photos for the most part are pretty accurate. She recognized me on the second visit which was nice.
I didn't really like the second location on King St as the condo lobby call device had a video camera that started as soon as I dialed her unit number. Feels a little sketchy as that info is now in the hands of the property manager/condo owner. I also didn't like getting jerked around on timing with her booker, but it's my understanding that she is independent now so I guess that's not necessarily an issue anymore.
All in all, she's personally a gem but not sure if I'll visit any time soon.

As i understand it the location she was originally in and is now back in was owned by the agency she was with before. When she went independent she was not allowed to use this location so she had to find another place temporarily.
she is still independent and has worked out a deal with the old agency to continue using this place. Hope that helps.
