Tipping is not required, it is purely optional. Perhaps the best tip anyone can give them is don't act like a jerk and ruin their day, and thereby ruin the day of the next client.

LV has a different vibe. It's a house, not an industrial building in a strip mall. It feels much more laid back, probably because it's more 'free' from management types. If a lady works at both places (as some do) I always prefer to see them at LaVilla. They even seem to feel more relaxed there.
Not that there's anything wrong with Pickering. If a lady works only at Pickering, I'm happy to see her there.

Only you can answer this, sadly. It’s a low-mileage spa, so the massage and bodyslide creates a nice tension leading up to the fun part. For the first 2 things, I’d expect only 15 minutes used towards them in a HH session. With that leaving you with only 15 minutes for HE (assuming you came on time for your appointment, or weren’t getting squeezed in), you’d have to gauge if that would leave you feeling satisfied, and unrushed to the finish line.
A half hour has always been enough for me, but like Heretolurk says, it depends on your style, needs, comfort, etc.
