You are just like my mom. She thought Trump was such a smart businessman... until I explained the whole show was just scripted entertainment. And because she knows the level of business' I operate in and the calibre of people I know, work with and for, she knew that I knew what I was talking about and finally watched it for the false 'reality' entertainment it was.
I don't know anyone associated with the Trump TV series but do know other high level people, including Producers, Executive Producers and Directors whose shows you most certainly know. I spent two winters in Las Terrenas in the Dominican Republic where Survivor was shot. The village was over run with cast and crew for several years. I hung out with a lot of them for beers, dinner, parties etc. I was on set on what appeared to be desolate beaches... that 20 feet out of camera range were restaurants.
Believe what you want to but these shows are ALL edited and assembled with a predetermined outcome and cast of characters. It is as easy to make the same person a hero or a villain in the Director's editing suite.
One of my producer friends asked me to be in a reality series. I asked two questions. How much am I being paid and do I ahve any say in how I am portrayed. NOTHING AND NOPE!
I said I'll pass.

I have a highly successful friend in a profession tht requires high skills and intelligence. He is 5x more intelligent, skilled and educated than me. He is a very respected lawyer and CPA in the US. But he can never go to court because he simply doesn't know how to read people. And funny enough, he WAS a Trump devotee. Pardoxical thing about the use of stimulants (Adderal -amphetamine salts and Methylphenidate AKA RITALIN) by people with ADHD is that it actually calms them down and allows them to think normally, more rationally and not go off on the rambling ADHD rants that characterize the Trump Rally's. Trump is a confidence man in the truest sense. However, he is not flexible. His schtick only works on a certain type of person. People who put themselves first. There is also a saying that you can't con an honest man.
Biden is an experienced, knowledgable man who has been in government all his life. And while he may have derived many ancillary (but relatively modest) benefits from his lifetime on gov't, he was and is driven by a genuine desire to serve his country and his fellow citizens. People have natural confidence in him because of his experience, knowledge and resultant wisdom. Personally, I think he's a nice guy but was never President material. But once his cognitive abilities start to deteriorate, normal people recognize that and naturally lose confidence in him.
Having said all that, I'd rather have a doddering old wise man's team leading the United States than a fucking narcissitic lunatic who hires fellow celebrities and family members with no regards to competence.

Even his Secretary's of State, Transportation, Armed Services etc are not "running" the Departments. They implement policies and laws by letting the paid, professional civil servants "run the country".
