Nigel Farage must be a billionaire by now. The Economist labelled him a political arsonist, his mouth could swallow his face. As a former financial speculator, he's been racking in the lucre since the Brexit Referendum. His loyalty is questionable, does he support the UK or Blackrock/Blackstone.

The UK general election is in a couple of weeks. Right now the Labor Party is leading significantly in the polls. It would be the nail in the coffin of the UK. Dumb Britons.

Nigel supports anyone who shovels him money under the table. He's also very pro Putin.

With the Tories folding and the tabloids turning nasty on Sunak, Nigel is picking up the slack on the far right among immigrant-hate circles. Reform will garner a half-dozen seats, but at the cost of eviscerating the Tory vote and giving Labour the biggest super-majority in British history.

Kirky, what the fuck did the Tories actually accomplish in 14 years?.... That's why they're being turfed. They were useless. Brexit was over sold as a panacea and fizzled. Boris lost his appeal and became annoying and was assassinated by his own party. Truss is the dumbest incompetent who was ever made PM. And Sunak is a rich kid with no voter appeal.

Starmer is a guy who appears to have at least a moderate level of ability - something no Tory PM has exhibited in 30 years. He's lying like a fucker to gain the widest voter backing he can and he will probably chart a centrist course, just to make sure the Tories never get it together to win another election. He's even flipped on Brexit to avoid pissing off righties.

Try and get your facts straight on this stuff.

I agree the Conservatives bungled a lot of stuff in their 14 year tenure. I liked David Cameron he was a decent guy but weak kneed as a leader. Each subsequent leader after that got worse. I had hopes for Boris Johnson, he seemed to be a strong Conservative, but he was a wolf in sheep's clothing. Rishi has just been a disaster, he has no place in governance.
The Labor Party will not govern as a centrist party that I can assure you of. They will have a large majority and will continue to flood the UK with migrants from Africa, Asia and the Middle East. They will be so bad that Britons will long for the days of Cameron.

Much like Obama -> Trump and now Biden -> Trump.
That's more of a MAGA thing, 'buy american' and work against 'globalists'.
PeePee trends that way as well.

Sort of the opposite of Mulroney and his free trade, though that was more about protectionism for large corporations.
The cons used to be all for free trade, so why the polar opposite?

The NDP/lib combo has been fairly effective. Pot, daycare, dental and capital gains are all good moves.
All of those are things PeePee will kill, he'll cut services but cut taxes even more then declare we can't afford other services as a result.
JT fucked up with Israel but otherwise has done ok.

Frank the majority of Canadians would disagree with you. The only reason you approve is because he's governed as a left winger NDP type. That's where the Liberal Party of Canada is these days sort of NDP light. They might as well just merge the two parties at this point.

Sure, kirk, this time its totally different then the last few elections where the cons polled like they would win a majority before campaigning.
