You are the one twisting the facts. The program is a success when the majority of those kids below the age of 12, who do not have the coverage of dental care are enrolling for it.
It was not botched and that was a lie. We know that a year ago over 300,000 kids received this program and within a few months of the rollout. So how is that botched?
Wait for the full numbers to be released especially as those between 12 and 18 years were subsequently signing up for it. But when you get something totally wrong then it is your "Opinion".

Listen when over 300,000 were enrolled and received the benefit in the first few months and over year ago when the program was first rolled out, no doubt that several more were enrolled since then. So wait for the latest official figures to be posted.
But when you claimed that the program was botched in spite of that many enrolments and benefits being taken advantage of, then you are the one who is lying!!
