So I actually need to see an investigation on this one. The reports I saw was three cars and shots fired. At 5am. While it could have been an intimidation incident it could also be a drug deal gone bad while using the parking lot and it was a stray bullet.
Isually some sort of graffiti would be used to hit the message home. They would have had the time. That's why I'm neutral on this one until more comes out.
