Not at all. I am basing my question on how polarized most people's opinion of Trump is.
Regardless of the jury selection process, I have serious doubts that they weeded out all the hard-core Trump fans and Trump-haters from the jury.
You just need one fan on the jury panel to vote in favour of Trump. Very likely that the case will be dismissed on that basis, unless the rest of the jury happens to convince this individual about Trump's obvious guilt. No wonder that Trump is not testifying, although he promised to do so. He commits a lot of howlers that may reveal more rather than move the needle in his favour!!

ALl I know is I would be terrified to be Trump's lawyer! Is Alina Habba next?? At least he hires very doable lawyers, they suck as lawyers but oh so doable.
Even former Justice Scalia, could not figure out the complexities of campaign finance law!!

The "non-expert" host as you call him is or was a lawyer so I think he has a tad little more expertise than most folks. Plus, he's an American so you can't use that against him either.
