JUST IN: An audio recording from 2018 between Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels attorney Keith Davidson was played to attorneys and the Judge. In the recording Keith Davidson appeared to be threatening Cohen and Trump. On the phone he claims Daniels publicist boyfriend is going to run with the story to the press, saying "I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he comes out and says, you know what, Stormy Daniels, she wanted this money more than you can ever imagine. I remember hearing her on the phone saying, you f**king Keith Davidson. You better settle this goddamn story. Because if he loses this election, and he's going to lose, if he loses this election, we lose all f**king leverage, this case is worth zero.” We now have Daniels attorney admitting on a phone recording that Daniels was extorting the President. Will she be held accountable?
JUST IN: Trump attorney Susan Necheles just completely exposed Stormy Daniels on the stand about her story constantly changing. On the stand Daniels claimed that Trump’s bodyguard got her information for Trump, but in 2011 Daniels said Trump came and asked her himself. Necheles told her “Your story has evolved over the years, hasn’t it?” Stormy claims she just has trouble remembering. Unfortunately, Daniels tells the story so much for profit between her book and tours that she should’ve had her story straight. If Daniels is getting this exposed, how will Michael Cohen do?
JUST IN: It appears Stormy Daniels is being exposed for what she really is on the witness stand. Trump’s team has been questioning her motivations all morning and at one point when asked if she was exploring her own sexuality and hatred of Trump to find a new demographic she said “ I’m just doing the same job I’ve always done.” This might be the nail in the coffin for her testimony. She’s now admitted that her behavior was for nothing more than financial gain and she wanted every penny out of Donald Trump that she could get. Will she ever pay Trump what she owes him after losing in court?
Whether Trump did or did not have any encounter with Stormy Daniels in 2006 is totally irrelevant. It is not a campaign finance violation for a businessman to settle a nuisance claim and book it as a legal expense. Democrats are grasping at straws to permanently destroy President Trump.

What Democrat Judges like Juan Merchan and Arthur Engoron, and prosecutors like Alvin Bragg and Fani Willis are doing is part of the Democrats’ larger campaign of lawfare against President Trump. Judge Merchan’s adult daughter is raising millions of dollars off this case, yet he refuses to recuse himself.
