Montreal rates are lower because many hot girls avoid the place and lower rate girls do ok. There will be high Q girls in all cities but Low Q are abundant in Montreal.

I used to only book young, fit providers. They were almost universally cold as ice, making it clear they wouldn't give me the time of day if there wasn't money involved. I've seen good young providers before and had no problem with them. I think it depends not all young fit providers are assholes.
