Many ads on this site are scams or fakes, probably including this one. Leolist does have its issues, but you are more likely to find reputable people advertising there.

She does seem to have posted frequently on this site and others but I haven't found her on Leolist. What are good signs of a legit provider?

Usually you want to check here if they have reviews before seeing them. Verified ads help, but not a guarantee. Red flags are things like girls that say they’re available 24/7, offer every service under the sun (everybody has some limit), their ad says “just turned 18” or if they look like an instagram model and are offering services for $200-250.

Welcome to the hobby. That add I would say is completely take in my opinion . Am sure if you contact her she's gonna ask for a deposit because she doesn't accept cash for her safety

Word's of advice don't ever give any deposit or prepaid visa or prepaid MasterCard or PayPal transfer or Amazon gift card or Uber gift card some ladies will ask you for these types of deposits or prepayment 99% you will be guaranteed scammed

Also when you show up for your appointment before handing over the cash confirm the services agreed upon during texting and booking because sometimes ladies will say it's their girlfriend or booker doing the texting and she doesn't offer those services and the higher priced Asian service providers are More legitimate

Would say Cathy and Meghan are fake for sure. There have been inquiries about Jordyn in the past, but no confirmation. The other one I’m unsure

That's about right! I would concur. Also beware of names that change frequently, pictures cut and pasted from the internet, telephone numbers with unusual area codes, or enticing language that you see repeated often in ads, e.g. "I am alone in my home..." Sure signs that a scam is lurking in the background.
