Nowhere. That's why arguing that a relatively small amount of money to get such a return while ignoring Israel's strategic benefit to the US in the region is laughable and nothing more than an anti-Semitic trope.
Not a single one of you has even attempted to name any country in the region that can, let alone be even willing, to provide to the US what Israel does strategically.

I've already listed a few countries that provide much better return. Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, UAE...
There are lots that could provide more influence for less cash and way less genocide and war crimes.

None of them have Israel's advanced technology nor intelligence agencies that have infiltrated terrorist organizations the way Israel has.
The US obviously agrees with my assessment and not yours. If so, they would have already dumped Israel. Those countries, despite being among the richest in the world don't seem to care enough about the Palestinians to spend what to them would be a drop in the bucket.
The US feels that Israel gives them better value and that Israel represents US democratic values better than the undemocratic Arab kingdoms that discriminate against women and LGBTQ. Don't take my word for it. the actions of the US bear this out.
