The owner of car and the 13 year old are not confirmed to be related, Car was in process of being sold when owner entrusted the kid with the keys to car, kid was the "middle man" between seller and buyer. Owner thought kid was of driving age.The parents can most likely afford to replace their totalled Lambo. The kid will probably get his own one when he turns sixteen.
