Why would you expect us to explain the mentality of other men that do this? Would it be fair to ask you to explain why other women do certain things? I don’t know why the title says UberEats. They don’t say which company. Just that he had a delivery bag. He may not even be a delivery driver. You can get those bags anywhere. Could be just what the guy does. Uses the bag as a way to get into the building??????

That's a possibility and alarming that someone would do that specifically to get into buildings. I don't live in a condo, but that would be yet another reason and not to let anyone especically so-called delivery drivers tail-gate you into a building.

I don’t let anyone in after me but it is a huge problem. I used a condo in Mississauga for a short time and it was non-stop in and out of the front door and no one gave a shit. Not even concierge. They didn’t stop anyone following in after people. They barely looked up from the desk.

That's a big problem in office buildings too and that's how laptops and other things get stolen.
