California woman who stabbed boyfriend 100 times gets slap on the wrist
A woman in California who stabbed the man she was dating more than 100 times in a weed-induced frenzy received no jail time.
The fact that you liked it and cracked a joke like this is a bit disturbing. "aka" I found it disturbing. Somewhat close what I originally said. She just wanted to make sure the job is done![]()

Lawyer: Your honour, she was smoking some really good stuff.Any of your legal geniuses actually read the article before posting?....
Maybe you should.
Hey, genius. It's a thing.“cannabis-induced psychosis''....Yeah I'm not buying this but the State of California does I guess.
No wonder there's a mass migration out of there.
How about the part where she stabbed herself in the throat?Lawyer: Your honour, she was smoking some really good stuff.
Judge: Must have been. Poor girl.
Several Canadian cases on exactly the same topic. They say she went into an uncontrolled psychotic frenzy and had no control over her actions, because of the weed, because of which they found her guilty, but not culpable. Is weed psychosis even a thing? Never heard of this before.
Me either and I use a lot because I’m a medical user. They say she went into an uncontrolled psychotic frenzy and had no control over her actions, because of the weed, because of which they found her guilty, but not culpable. Is weed psychosis even a thing? Never heard of this before.
A micro minority of people - usually first (and last) time users - have extreme psychological reactions to certain drugs. It's very atypical.Me either and I use a lot because I’m a medical user.
I don’t doubt you. I have just never heard of it. Not saying it doesn’t exist. I figure with the amount I use, I would have heard of this type of side effect but apparently not. Maybe I should go back to my doctor and “yo - what’s up with non- warning” LOLA micro minority of people - usually first (and last) time users - have extreme psychological reactions to certain drugs.
