I feel so much safer on the roads after reading about this clown.

A man from Mississauga whom investigators referred to as a “prolific driving offender” is facing up to 19 charges, including impaired operation and breaching the conditions of his release that resulted in him being held in custody for one year.

Peel Regional Police first responded to an incident on Friday, March 10, 2023, just after 9:30 a.m., when officers witnessed a heavy tractor-trailer allegedly driving in a “no heavy trucks” zone in the Williams Parkway and Dixie Road area in Brampton.

It’s alleged that officers conducted a traffic stop and approached the driver, who fled at a heavy rate of speed in his truck. The officer identified the driver as 29-year-old Lovepreet Singh of Mississauga, and he was arrested at a local gas station 12 days later, on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.

Accused led officers on 1,000-km pursuit: police
Peel Regional Police said Singh had been previously arrested and charged for leading other agencies on a pursuit that spanned approximately 1,000 kilometres and ended in Etobicoke.

The accused also allegedly obtained fraudulent driving documents and continued to operate transport trucks and trailers in the GTA and other provinces.

When you drive out of GTA, drop the load at its destination and head back toward the depot.
Be on the lookout for takes time to apprehend.
Tell police in next area when the perp drives out of your jurisdiction.

They are not going to tail the guy for being in a no heavy trucks zone, just flag the tag, and wait for someone to spot him where it is safe to stop.

Fled at a heavy rate of speed? How is that even possible? Ever seen a tractor-trailer accelerate quickly from a stop? Not to mention that they're limited to a top speed of 105 km/h.

That's not a tractor-trailer in the video. There's no trailer attached. So yes, when they're not pulling a heavy load, they can accelerate relatively quickly. But are still slow compared to police vehicles.

Regardless, a police cruiser doesn't stand a chance against a big truck.

Another fine example of a graduate of the Brampton truck driving school! I wish the government would clean up the mess that’s in Brampton for the right price you can get anything. I also have noticed an increase of Brampton transit buses going through red lights at major intersections! I really think the police have given up on traffic infractions, at night cars driving with no headlights, lane changes without signalling. And speeding I have to admit I do go over the limit sometimes but never in a residential area. I have to “ international students “ that like getting up at five in the morning and racing their cars to wherever, I did however stop that and at the same time enjoyed it.
