In my opinion , I would classify a milf as usually 30+ , the basic hot mom you wanna bang, a cougar I would say is more 50+ silver fox type. Again , just my opinion.

One of the regular girls I see is early 30s but I really can’t imagine her being in the milf category. She still looks in her 20s.
Some of the Ottawa ladies in their 30s I’d say are young looking… or maybe I’m just getting old

Like the beautiful Nadia “Hottest mom at drop off” I don’t know if I can call her a milf.

I always imagine milfs as more matured women. No offence meant by that at all. But, I’d imagine some laugh lines and a few wrinkles.
More like the Jennifer Aniston or Cameron Diaz we have today, compared to the early 2000s.
