I’ve thought about seeing her but the fact that there are now three other women working there, it doesn’t make for the most discreet location.

I understand what you are saying but Mikayla's process to mediate the issue impressed me.
1st, She asks you to come to the general location
2nd She tells you what street to park on, and the address and asks you text and remain in your car
3rd She checks the area to make sure it is clear before texting you to come in.

While there before you use the hall / shower she announces they are in use so you don't run into anyone.

Finally before you leave she checks that the area is clear before you get a hug goodbye and return to your car.

All of that made it feel safe to me.
