Don't eat Lazeez, it's horribly made and will make you sick.

I've eaten at 3 different locations and not only is it the worst made middle-eastern food, you'll get sick instantly eating it.

I felt so sick and it tasted so horrible I had toss it. Trying to flush this crap out my body right now.

Don;t ever waste your time or jeopardize your health eating there.

I find that Pita Land is good. You get a ton of toppings and meat for a small wrap size for $11. Whereas with Lazeez or Osmow's they would want to charge you extra for Hummus.

Also I have found better quality at small shawarma shops than I have at Osmow's or Lazeez.

Osmow's is putrid. Lazeez I find ok but their garlic sauce is too mayonnaise based for my liking. Plus they nickel and dime you with extra topping charges.
The best shawarma places have always been those little mom and pop shops. Sadly they are going the way of the dodo bird.

Both Lazeez and Osmows have gone downhill since they franchised.
The original osmows was the one located on streetsville in mississauga, it was cheap and food was great always a line up. Now it's not.
Lazeez is inconsistent even by location, the franchisee are cutting corners to save $. Which only means the fees they pay the franchisor are too high.

Now the only cheap times are the National Shawarma Days in October with $5 wraps and $5 meals. And for the $5 wraps on that day you only get 3 basic toppings.

Dont know if its just me but recently since COVID I have found that a lot of these places have been taken over by generic owners who hire the cheapest staff. Used to be Pizza and spaghetti places were all Italian taught by their grandmas and Chinese places were all Chinese too. Greek had greek owners and all kebab places were middle eastern. Now I find when I go in its just any old cheap staff - its not people who grew up eating and cooking the food. So the food, since covid is crap. Watch Gordon Ramseys Kitchen Nightmares and you'll never eat in these places again.

If you're ever in Brampton (and for your sake I hope not) but YUM Shawarma has been exceptional for fast food ME take-out. I don't know if they have any other locations, but I recommend

Lezzet Shawarma and Falafel House
I haven't tried it but I go by there quite often. Apparently they have won a few awards. I'll check it out. My only problem with most of these places is its Halal meat only.

You could drive east down Lawrence Ave from Pharmacy and throw a coin at any one of a hundred independent restaurants and have food 1000X better than Osmos or any other chain!
