How / what made you decide an SP was your regular?

I choose a regular based on her appearance, service, price and how comfortable I feel around her.

I also consider how she responds to me, and whether I think it's real or not.
I think that if they say they enjoyed your session and would like to see you again that's as close an indication of their interest as you will get.
If they do become a "regular" and you find the connection or their service & enthusiasm starts to decline its probably time to move on...
My regular became my regular because of her looks, mutual comfort, chemistry, and the sex getting nastier/rougher (led by her) every time I saw her.
Consistent Service, attitude and looks all 9/10 or above
So it’s rare to find ATF for me but unicorns are out there. Maybe not all the time they are 9/10 but I would accept 8/10 on a bad day then I would consider her to be a solid Sp for me.

The SP has to want to see you again... Usually, I'll say that you can tell once you have experience.

Primarily a function of actual/perceived chemistry and whether she fulfills a fantasy/experience that either isnt easily filled in real life or is current unfulfilled in real life.
Personality helps a lot as well.

I prefer seeing regulars over sampling from the buffet of lovely ladies.

My regulars have become regulars because of their personality and attitude. For me to see an sp regularly I have to enjoy my time with them beyond just the bedroom activities. If I am able to have a meaningful and insightful conversation with them outside of sex that will keep me coming back for more. When it comes to sex and foreplay they know what I like and how I like it without me having to say much during the session. There good at reading my body and that comes with repeat visits. My regulars are also good at keeping things fresh and exciting sexually and so are willing to try new things and play out certain fantasies I may have.
All great points here and emphasis on hygiene and kindness will always keep me coming back.
for me location is one of the biggest factors. If I can fit it into my regular routine, it's so much easier.
