Might be doing an outcall soon and I'm scared that the girl might be a catfish because I noticed with leo list lots of girls use photos from years ago. So let's say if the girl shows up at my house and looks nothing like her photos or unattractive should I tell her the truth that she doesn't look like her pictures or should I make an excuse?

Outcall at your place, in in my opinion, is never a good idea. It doesn't matter if it goes well or not, the girl now know where you live.
No matter the reason, a reject might be totally ok or might not go well.
I'm the type of guy thinking the truth is the way to go, even if I have to drape it in some sort of sugar coating.
The goal is for both of you to be ok with the result. Maybe say she's beautiful but not the type you're looking for and offer some money, maybe 10% for the inconvenience?
The other option could be to go along with the encounter. Maybe it will be better than it looks.

im very particular about who I see and how I operate in this hobby.
But I keep seeing other members post about being in some unsavoury and high risk situations.
So my ernest question is, is the risk all part of the thrill for some hobbyists here?

I've done a few outcall and have no issues yet. But I live in a condo and I go downstairs to let her in so it would be easier for me to back out.
But it's very important to let the lady who you are booking tha if it's not her in the pictures or pictures is not very recent don't waste each other time

Don't visit girls unless they have been reviewed by at least 1 reputable terb member but especially do NOT do an outcall for goodness sake!
Yes, indeed, outcalls are very much a crap-shoot.
I have done many, but only with SP's that I have seen many times and developed a comfort level with them.
To be honest, there are real.life women that I wish didn't know where I lived more than any SP.
However, the caution that others have indicated is very real. Just be careful and don't be too quick off the trigger.

In my opinion, an outcall to your residence is never, ever a good idea. Unfortunately, some sp work with criminal enterprises and gangs. They are looking over your place (or vehicle) and feeding back info for a potential later theft, while giving probably subpar service. And probably trying to lift your wallet at the same time. Stick to incall service.
Anything that can potentially reveal my real identity is a BIG NO-NO-NO, as far as I'm concern.
