Joe Biden ruled as too incompetent to face charges

I think it is important to once again explain the MAJOR differences between Trump and Biden/Pence. Trump ignored requests to return stuff. He then lied about returning stuff, actively tried to hide the material, may have shown classified documents to guests at his hotel (hell, he could've sold 'em too), tried to cover up or obstruct an investigation into this, and forced (yes, forced) the FBI to raid Mar--Lago. Biden and Pence realized they had documents and returned them immediately. Biden voluntarily sat down for a deposition for a few hours...while he was serving as President.

Finally....I would like to know how many of us could accurately talk about events that happened six or seven years ago. Would you be able to remember everything that happened? I'm more than half Biden's age, but I'm pretty sure I'd probably forget some things that happened that long ago. Also, I would say the story about Biden forgetting his son's death sounds like the biggest piece of bullshit in all of this.

From whom? Is it this GOP hack who went beyond their mandate? Hell, he might be right, but at the same time you seriously need to question why he would do that. It is standard procedure to say if there will be charges or not. It is not fair to bring any opinion to the table, because the person being investigated does not have an opportunity to rebuke what they say. If it was brought before a court, then Biden could prove his competency. Now, every right-wing jerk off is going to say this is the unvarnished truth, all while ignoring Trump's mistakes.

The reality here is political interference from a member of the DOJ. Just like Comey. You don't see Jack Smith questioning Trump's mental state or acuity. But, why should the GOP play fair, i guess. They need to lie and cheat (like gerrymandering and voter suppression) to retain power.
How about watching the news conference he gave?

And Merrick Garland is in this. Is he biased?

Are you really going to not acknowledge Biden is having cognitive issues? Not remembering world leaders? Having Senior's moments? At this point he is imo a serious candidate for the 25th. Amentment.

Will you acknowledge Trump has cognitive issues?

The date not the death. Man, do you your righties spew misinformation all the time.
He was off by years. And yes I meant the date. But this nit picking is avoiding the very real issue that the Commander in Chief of the US military and holder of the Nuke codes is in rough shape. Really rough shape. A man who also holds veto power over legislation. And he is not going to get better. He is going to get worse.

Biden should have been Article 25'd last year. But it hasn't happened because a) nobody wants Kamala and b) the Obama apparatchik are running things anyway. Doing everything in their power to destroy the United States of America. Traitors.

What bad stuff exactly are they doing, Kirk?

They said vote for Kamala Harris in November.

Joking aside, the Special Counsel report has critical assessments of President Biden's mental memory. Anyone is free to quote the report and provide more clarity. I'm not sure that exercise is worthwhile.
Wasn't that the big campaign joke when Biden ran in 2020 as well, Earp?

Remember?... How it was all supposed to be a plot to get a black woman president that the GOP said no one liked into the Oval Office?... That Joe would resign for age-related health reasons within a few weeks of being elected?

That didn't age too well, huh?...

Both of the 2 candidates are way too old. There should be an age limit.

Yet Bidden is not dangerous.

Trump will continue to fraud, divide, create chaos and weaken the country beyond repair. Yet to be honest I think it's already too late for that after 2016-2020.

America inches closer to a fascist dictatorship with each passing day. You must be tickled pink.

Congrats.
My preference at this point would by far be any "Generic" GOP or Dem. And both frontrunners out. The world is too volatile at the moment to have a mentally incompetent old man in, from either party.

Can't you see how bad Joe is?

If that’s your preference it is in no way reflected in your actual posting history. You gleefully attack the Dems at every opportunity yet are strangely silent when it comes to Trump’s countless transgressions.

You have explained before how you hope for a complete implosion of social institutions and the resulting anarchy and rioting that would result in the belief that somehow a Leftist Utopia will emerge from the rubble…I’ve never understood how you think the Far Left will somehow emerge victorious in all of this when the Right are far better armed and have been itching for this fight since 1865…but nonetheless that’s the manifesto as you’ve explained it to us.

Unfortunately, it looks increasingly like you may in fact be right about the first part insofar as American democracy appears to be in a death spiral. Please excuse me, though, if I choose not to join you in gloating and celebrating the rise of American fascism.

So you feel the nuke codes are in better hands under Trump?

Didn't say I WANT it. I think its an inevitable consequence of the present political reality and continuing downfall of American society. And yes, as a result of the hardships of the Great Depression many good things came about. History shows chaos is a ladder to betterment.

For a guy who doesn’t “want it” you seem to derive unusual pleasure in posting threads like this. It’s basically the only thing you do here.

Weird.
Are you saying no one posts Trump threads? Someone has to add balance. And considering the hypocrisy its much needed.

In this case the press and Democrats seriously pushed for the 25th to be used on Trump, for far less. Now we have Justice Dept officials, under MERRICK GARLAND, stating the President would be considered incompetent by a jury of his peers in a trial. And numerous public displays of "seniors moments" including at a news conference to defend his not having them.

Polls clearly show, ANY generic Democrat cleans Trump's clock. So why keep him?

If it talks like a fascist…and posts like a fascist…and promotes fascist talking points…it’s not a duck.
